CEDO / NDT Trainee

BakosNDT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwood Service Corporation and is a growing and leading provider of non-destructive testing services in Western Canada, with services offered to all industrial sectors. With anticipation for exciting growth, we deem it necessary to build a strong foundational team to support this expansion. We are currently seeking NDT Trainees to join and contribute to our inspection team. This is a full-time position will report into the Division Manager and support Edmonton, AB operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Technicians in the set up and calibration of testing equipment.
• Assist Senior Technicians with Non Destructive testing techniques in the field.
• Adherence to safety regulations is a must.

Requirements:

• Formal NDT classroom training.
• Reside in the Edmonton, AB area.
• Field experience would be considered an asset.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Ability to Work in Confined Spaces.
• Ability to work away from home for extended periods.
• Ability to work extended hours when required.
• Valid Drivers License.
